NEW 2011! We have tested and recommend our NPL, LFM mount for Epson PowerLite Home Cinema 8100, 8350, 8500 (UB) and 8700 (UB).
If your projector is not listed as a compatible model, it does not mean the mount will not work. Here are some ways to find out.
Necessities for ceiling mounting:
- The projector must be able to flip the image upside down. When mounted, the projector is upside down.
- The projector must have 3 or 4 threaded holes on the bottom, the hole diameter could vary from 2.5mm (about 1/10 inch) to 6mm (about 1/4 inch). The maximum spread of the holes cannot exceed 18.5 inches.
- 99% of the projectors between 3LB to 20 LB should work. Normally projectors > 20 LB have too big of an outer case for this mount.
