What is our return policy?
We are happy to accept returns for any items that are incorrect or damaged in shipping. See below for instructions regarding damaged items. If you receive the wrong item or wrong color, call us and we'll immediately resolve the issue. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date. Unfortunately, no items can be returned or exchanged after 30 days.
For other reasons for return, ie: you changed your mind, no longer need the item, etc, we will not be able to offer a refund. We can offer a store credit for the item, minus a 15% restocking fee.
Only returns with an RMA number will be accepted, please contact MountDirect (800-620-8006) for an RMA number. This number has to be on the OUTSIDE of the returned package for the return to be eligible. RMA numbers expire 14 days after being issued. Expired RMAs will not be accepted.
If the item does not fit your TV or projector, please call us for further instructions.
We do not rent products for testing purposes, nor do we offer test equipment. So please make sure that you need the product and intend to own the product.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and take extra care with products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the item can be returned under our standard return policy. If your item is problematic due to a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.
